To ensure peak freshness and zero waste, all subscription billing is synchronized to Tuesday. We roast exactly what we need, package it up, and our local delivery team drops it off at your door every Friday!
Managing Your Subscription
Log in to your My Account → Subscriptions page to manage your subscription at any time:
Change Roast or Preparation
Swap to a different product variation directly from your subscription detail page.
Change Frequency
Switch between weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.
Skip a Delivery
Going on vacation? Skip your next shipment and pick back up the following cycle.
Pause Your Subscription
Put it on hold for as long as you need, then reactivate when you are ready.
Update Payment Method
Switch to a different card on file.
Cancel at Any Time
No fees, no hassle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
All changes take effect on your next billing cycle. You will always receive any shipments you have already been charged for.
Terms & Conditions
Billing
- Your subscription begins with a free trial period (see Pricing above). No payment is collected until the trial ends.
- After the trial, your card on file is automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.
- All prices are in USD and include the cost of one 14 oz bag of freshly roasted coffee.
- Subscriptions always ship for free! If you have non-subscription items in your cart, standard shipping costs will apply only to those items.
- Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Eligibility & Delivery Area
- To guarantee peak freshness upon delivery, coffee subscriptions are currently restricted to select local zip codes.
- You will be asked to verify your delivery zip code before you can add a subscription to your cart.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your My Account page — no cancellation fees, no questions asked.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive any shipments already paid for.
- If you cancel during your free trial, no charges will be made.
- Refunds for shipped orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@buendia.cafe if there is an issue with your order.
Payment Methods
- Subscriptions require a payment method that supports automatic renewals (credit/debit card via Stripe).
- Your payment information is stored securely by our payment processor. We never store your full card number.
- If a renewal payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days before cancelling your subscription. You will be notified by email of any payment issues.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update pricing or these terms with 30 days notice. Active subscribers will be notified by email of any changes before they take effect.
