Producers retain the context behind each record, while teams can review changes and follow up when field conditions need attention.
Quality and crop analysis
Image analysis tools process coffee-cherry images for detection, segmentation, ripeness, and defect review. Results are recorded for review rather than treated as a replacement for field judgment.
Digital cupping sessions capture attribute-level sensory scores and quality checks before coffee lots move into the marketplace workflow.
Lot-to-roastery traceability
Each coffee lot can carry its variety, processing method, available quantity, harvest year, quality summary, and lifecycle status through marketplace workflows.
At the roastery, batch records connect green coffee to roasted products, packaged lots, inventory, and local fulfillment. This gives operations teams a clear record without making consumer-facing claims beyond the data available.
