Our Story
Our story brings together two different beginnings in coffee. Tommy was a home roaster and home brewer. Viviana grew up around coffee farms, and her dad and uncle both own and operate coffee farms in Colombia. Today, Buen Dia Cafe roasts Colombian coffee in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Our current coffees feature Castillo beans from Andes, Antioquia, including coffees associated with the Cabresto Cooperative. We roast in small batches to highlight profiles that range from fruit and honey to chocolate and toasted nuts.
