We roast and fulfill coffee orders from Mooresville, North Carolina. This page explains what to expect after you order and how to contact us if something is not right.
Shipping
- We currently roast on Monday and Thursday. Available delivery methods, costs, and estimates are shown at checkout for your address.
- Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is over $50.
- Coffee subscriptions include free shipping and are available only for eligible local ZIP codes shown during checkout.
Order Problems & Returns
Coffee is a perishable food product and cannot be returned because of a change of mind or flavor preference. If coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email hello@buendia.cafe promptly with your order number and photos when useful. We will review the order and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Unused non-food merchandise may be eligible for return. Contact us before mailing anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; posting time depends on your financial institution.
