Our founders, Viviana and Tommy, grew up surrounded by the rich aromas of freshly roasted beans in Colombia's coffee region and dreamed of bringing that authentic experience to Mooresville, North Carolina.

Every batch we roast is crafted with intention. We source single-origin beans directly from Colombian farms, ensuring fair prices for growers and exceptional quality for our customers. Our small-batch roasting process highlights the unique flavor profile of each origin — from bright citrus notes to deep chocolate undertones.
